  • All orders over £25 U.K. delivery FREE
  • Orders under £25 flat rate U.K. delivery £5.95 
  • All orders to Europe and rest of the world £12.95 flat rate
  • All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Aitch of London jewelery but in the unlikely event that it is not what you were looking for, we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange.
Making a return is quick and easy. Just email info@aitchoflondon.co.uk with details of your order and the reason for your return and the item you wish to exchange to. We will then provide you with a returns number.
Write the returns number on the front of the package and post back to Aitch of London.
Please note:
  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
  • Please ensure all returns and exchanges are sent by recorded delivery. Aitch of London does not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged.
  • Packages sent without a returns number will be returned and will not be accepted.
  • Returns outside the stated 14 days will only be accepted at the discretion of Aitch of London.
  • Card refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. Aitch of London accepts no liability to how long particular banks take to process cards.
