All Aitch of London silver pieces are made from Sterling silver and are stamped with our own unique 925 hallmark. This is your guarantee that the items you purchase from Aitch of London are genuine 925 Sterling Silver.

Many of our items are Rhodium plated.  You may ask "what is Rhodium"?
Rhodium is a transition metal made from Platinum, one of the world's most expensive metals.
It is highly reflective and with the correct care will give long service.
 
White gold is grey in colour and is usually covered in Rhodium plating to give the polished finish.
Gold plating is achieved by fusing gold to the surface of the silver.  This process is susceptible to wear but if cared for correctly can last many years.
Rose, Black, Green gold plating is achieved by adding different alloys to the gold to create the desired hue.  Copper is a common alloy used to make rose gold plating.




All Aitch of London products come packaged in our stunning pink and black boxes. Keep your pieces in the boxes provided to keep them safe and clean.




 
  
 
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELERY
  • Remove your rings before washing up or bathing, as soap may become lodged in the settings and crevices.  Soap can leave a film over metal or stones, creating a dull appearance.
  • Always apply makeup and perfume before putting on your jewelery, as the chemicals in them can tarnish silver, gold and stones.
  • Avoid  exposure to hot water and/or chemicals (such as household cleaning products, perfumes or hairspray)  as these may erode or discolour the metal/stones.
  • To prevent scratches and other impact damage, avoid wearing your jewelery when on the beach, cleaning, gardening or playing sport.
  • Remove all jewelery when in a swimming pool, as the chlorine in the water can affect some metals and stones
  • Use a soft clean cloth to polish your jewelery.
  • Keep your Aitch of London items in the box provided.
